What about the SimpleNexus API (SNAPI v1)? Can it be used along side the new nCino Mortgage API?

Absolutely! Sometime in the future, as the nCino Mortgage API matures, the SNAPI will be deprecated with plenty of notice. Until then, feel free to utilize both APIs as needed.

Keep in mind that authentication and authorization are very different between the two versions, as are the payloads. For any new development, for which there exists support in the nCino Mortgage API, it is strongly suggested the new version be used to prevent the need for future migrations.

When will the SimpleNexus API (SNAPI v1) stop being supported?

There is currently no announced schedule for deprecating or stopping support for the SimpleNexus API. Our intention is to continue to build the nCino Mortgage API until it is a complete replacement for SNAPI. At that point we would announce a timeline and expect to give everyone ample time to migrate.
