Welcome to the nCino Mortgage API — the standard API platform for integrating with nCino Mortgage.

Built from the ground up on years of experience working with integration partners, customers, and developers on the SimpleNexus API (SNAPI), the nCino Mortgage API is a more robust, forward-looking framework with modern authentication, versioning, webhooks, and tooling to support our developer community.

New functionality is released in batches, and every new endpoint we build goes here. For the full, current list of available resources and operations, see the API Reference tab.

What about the SimpleNexus API (SNAPI v1)? Can I still use it?

Yes. SNAPI remains supported and can be used alongside the nCino Mortgage API. We have not announced a sunset date, and when we do, you will have plenty of notice.

That said, SNAPI is in maintenance mode. We are not adding new endpoints or functionality to it — all new development happens in the nCino Mortgage API.

For any new work, use the nCino Mortgage API wherever the capability exists. Building new integrations on SNAPI means a migration later. Keep in mind that authentication, authorization, and payloads differ significantly between the two.
