Remove permissions from a role

Removes the supplied permission keys from the role. Idempotent: keys
that are not currently enabled are ignored. Removing a parent
permission while a dependent remains enabled is rejected; include the
dependents in the same request to remove them together.

The permission keys to apply to a role.

Permission keys. On POST they are added to the role, on DELETE they are removed, and on PUT they replace the role's entire permission set.
